Good Product at a Reasonable Price. These appear to be well-made and they work as described. There are two things, IMO, that would improve the product. First, unlike Kidde, there is no obvious way to be certain that the mounting rings are installed so as to orient the detectors consistently. That seemed unimportant to me until I looked up and saw them pointing in various directions. I pulled them down, patched and painted holes, and reinstalled. That may not bother some/most. Second is that I was unable to identify a hardwired X-Sense product that would RF interconnect with these.

Good customer service / warranty support. I bought these (a six pack) 2 years ago - June 2023 - and recently when testing one unit would not reset itself after testing. I would silence the unit and after about 9 minutes it would trigger and set all the other units off. Silence again and the process would repeat. I didn't know how to disable the unit as it just kept resetting itself and once you turn the unit on you can't turn it off and I couldn't find any instructions on how to disable. I found 4 small screws under the label that I was able to remove and then turn the alarm off. I emailed x-sense and after providing them with a screenshot of my invoice they immediately sent me a replacement unit and no need to return the defective unit. It arrived within 3 days. Good customer service/product support - I would definitely buy from them again because of the warranty support.
Great product. Love this product. Two functions in one device. Simple install. No wiring needed. 10 year battery life. No battery replacement needed every 6 months. Little on the pricey side but highly recommend
Good Solution to a Simple Problem. These are great detectors. Installation and setup is quick and easy. They mount very well and logically. They look good when installed. I like the testing button sequence and the digital readout. I was very pleased to find these as I just needed simple smoke/CO detectors, nothing wired, nothing smart. I'd buy them again.
