Good product. Its a good product with fast delivery. Unfortunately the normal water turns to be quite cold instead of room/normal temperature.

Easy operation. Bottom water load. Three options hot, normal and chill water optiins. I have been using Midea Water Dispenser for last 10 years. This one is my recent change.Advantage of the product is bottom water holder. The design and colour is good

After reading all reviews, bought the product and now using for a few weeks.Everything is as per design and works.Hot water is boiling hot - GoodCold water is very cold - GoodNormal water is on the colder side, so area of improvement - AverageHot dispenser child proofing is very good.Sometimes the compressor gets loud but for a very small time (few seconds) and is not noticeable and then reverts to silent operation. I read many reports of horrible noise, so maybe the product has been improved, which is good.Overall, very happy with the purchase and recommend you to try.
